We want you to love every Sophie Allport piece in your home, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition and include all packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the specific home or lifestyle items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items back into their original Sophie Allport packaging, ensuring that fragile goods like ceramics or glassware are securely padded for transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed via email.
